Yes. If you call before noon on a working day, we can usually arrange a same-day inspection. After 12pm, the inspection will typically be the following morning. Same-day service is available across all 32 London boroughs.

No. The home or premises inspection carries no obligation to proceed afterwards. The technician identifies the mould species, finds the moisture source, measures humidity, and prepares a fixed written quote. You only pay if you choose to go ahead with treatment.

There's no obligation after the first visit. You only pay for treatment if you accept the written quote, and the price is fixed before any work begins.

Helpful details (but not required): which room is affected, when you first noticed the mould, whether it's recurring, any recent leaks or building work, and the property type (house, flat, HMO, commercial). The more we know upfront, the better we can prepare for the inspection.

Yes, photos are very helpful. Email them to contact@zeromould.co.uk with your address and a brief description. We can often give you a rough cost estimate from photos alone, before the formal inspection.
