Helpful details (but not required): which room is affected, when you first noticed the mould, whether it's recurring, any recent leaks or building work, and the property type (house, flat, HMO, commercial). The more we know upfront, the better we can prepare for the inspection.

Yes, photos are very helpful. Email them to contact@zeromould.co.uk with your address and a brief description. We can often give you a rough cost estimate from photos alone, before the formal inspection.
